Our press forging department runs 11 forging presses. Horizontal and vertical presses are available for manufacturing hollow pressed parts.
Pressing force ranges from 150 - 730 tons.

Travel distances vary from X 560 Y 410 Z 380 to X 1000 Y 508 Z 660.
2 processing centres are equipped with a 4th axis with a CNC turntable.
1 processing centre with automatic feed, 1 processing centre is equipped with a dual-pallet system.

3 OKUMA CNC-lathes, max. pitch 300 mm, chucking diameter 32 mm, of which
1 CNC-lathe with automatic feed,
1 CNC-lathe with HYDROBAR rod feed.

1 GILDEMEISTER CTX TWIN turning and milling centre with automatic feed.

Own tool construction department with DECKEL FP4CCT CNC turning centre, OKAMOTA surface grinder, MAKINO cavity sinking EDM machine, circular grinding machine, DECKEL FP4 milling machine, DECKEL FP1 milling machine, BRIDGEPORT milling machine.

AUTOCAD 13 CAD system is installed to facilitate design tasks.

Stamp and burr pressing, blaster, trowal machine, welding robot (IGM) with turntable for small welded parts and soldering turntable, and a KUKA robot to feed a forging press complete the range of our facilities.
